This remodel reimagines a 1960s home to better serve the needs of a growing family seeking more functional space without the ability to expand the home’s footprint. With the lot already at its maximum allowable buildable area, the design focused on a complete interior transformation. The master bedroom and bathroom were reorganized for better efficiency, comfort, and privacy.
