Northrup Drive

This remodel reimagines a 1960s home to better serve the needs of a growing family seeking more functional space without the ability to expand the home’s footprint. With the lot already at its maximum allowable buildable area, the design focused on a complete interior transformation. Walls were reconfigured to create open-concept family spaces that foster connection and improve daily living. The master bedroom and bathroom were reorganized for better efficiency, comfort, and privacy. Throughout the home, functionality, storage, and intuitive flow were top priorities, resulting in spaces that feel larger, brighter, and more purposeful. The exterior was also refreshed with modern updates, giving the home a contemporary aesthetic that complements its newly optimized interior.
