This project focused on transforming an existing lake house to better support family life and lakefront living. The first goal was to enclose the lower level of the home, converting previously underutilized space beneath the house into functional interior areas while carefully enhancing the exterior character to feel cohesive with the original structure. The second goal was to establish inviting ground-level outdoor spaces that strengthen the connection to the lake, providing comfortable areas for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the waterfront setting. The third goal was to design a dedicated boat storage solution that seamlessly complements the architecture of the existing house, ensuring both practicality and visual harmony across the site.
